How to Make Hot Wings


Chicken is one of the best kinds of meat, it contains plenty of nutrient elements and has a great health value. There is about 150 calories in 100 grams of chicken which makes it not only nutrient and delicious, but deictic. You can eat chicken even if you keep to a strict diet. There is a plenty of chicken recipes and we are going to share a couple of them here. In case none of them works for you, you can use the recipe from the video attached to the article.



Hot chicken wings & soy sauce marinade


  • Chicken wings (as many as you like, it is your choice);
  • Half a cup soy sauce;
  • Half a cup white wine;
  • Quarter a cup vegetable oil;
  • A couple of garlic cloves;
  • 1 tbsp. ginger;
  • Your favorite seasoning or a tsp. and a half Chinese five spice powder.


Make marinade

Mince garlic. Combine all the ingredients but chicken wings in a large bowl or a large pot. Use this mixture to marinate chicken wings for at least one hour (in a refrigerator).

Cook wings

Preheat the grill. Grill your chicken wings. Feel free to use the rest of marinade Ė just brush chicken wings with it a couple of minutes before they are done.


Hot chicken wings with garlic and honey


  • Chicken wings;
  • Half a cup all-purpose flour;
  • Vegetable peanut oil;
  • Half a cup honey;
  • Quarter a cup water;
  • 3 tbsp. lemon juice;
  • 3 tbsp. ketchup;
  • 2 tbsp. garlic powder;
  • A couple of garlic cloves;
  • Half a tsp. salt.


Fry wings

Roll chicken wings in all-purpose flour. Deep fry chicken wings in a plenty of oil until they are done (10 minutes or so). If you want your chicken wings to be crispy, fry them a little longer. But make sure you donít overcook them, otherwise meat will be dry and hard. Add more oil and bring it to a boil. Remove chicken wings from the heat. Remove the excess of oil using paper towels.

Make souse

Combine honey, water, lemon juice, ketchup, garlic powder, minced garlic and salt. Bring mixture to a boil and dimmer. Cook sauce for 5 minutes, donít forget to stir. Remove sauce from the heat.

Serve chicken

Put chicken wings in the sauce, and make sure it coats all of them. Serve chicken with mashed / fried potatoes or other vegetables.


  • Don't use garlic if you don't like it.
  • Don't overcook your chicken wings.
  • Don't forget to remove the excess of oil.
  • Don't let children anywhere near the stove.
  • Don't forget to use a cooker hood.



You have to choose one of the ways to cook hot wings: marinate wings in sauce and cook them, or fry wings and add sauce afterwards. Serve chicken wings with vegetables and wine or beer. Chicken wings go great with a lot of things, including coke and French fries.
