Pepper and garlic

Add chopped garlic cloves, in a couple of minutes (when onions turn gold) remove the pan from the heat.

Make small cuts in tomatoes and place them in boiling water. In a couple of minutes their skin will get soft and easy to remove. Peel and chop tomatoes, whip them using mixer to make tomato puree.
